Woo hoo I am back in the gym!! I have made a plan taht will keep me from being ditracted or getting discouraged. I will be in great shape by the time spring rolls around. I really enjoyed working out today. My energy and confidence will be up very soonsmile In other news I am growing a decembeard. So what does everyone want for Christmas?

Hey, be my online workout buddy! I'll keep you honest! I work out 3-5 times a week and might be able to help keep you motivated.

My BF grew a Decembeard. He started it in November and after 3 weeks hated it so much he shaved it off.

I want $1million for Christmas.
