Woo hoo I am back in the gym!! I have made a plan taht will keep me from being ditracted or getting discouraged. I will be in great shape by the time spring rolls around. I really enjoyed working out today. My energy and confidence will be up very soon

My BF grew a Decembeard. He started it in November and after 3 weeks hated it so much he shaved it off.
