Birthday started well with a text at midnight from a good friend and then took a turn for the worse as I've been up all night with cramps and turned into an incontinent old lady at about 7 o'clock. Eventually got off the toilet about helf eight. Itwas minging.
So, a lovely day of dry toast and water for me today. Great!
