-had a pretty stellar weekend...hope everyone had a good one as well.

-friday was spent with the beautiful adivinedream. went to dinner, the drive-in (hadn't been to a drive-in since i was about 8), got my ass handed to me in pool, and saw some cool shit in her little town.

-saturday i basically slept until about 4 o'clock and then played a show with the cover band. pretty good show...good amount of people, good amount of alcohol. our bass player got into a head-on collision last week and fractured his shoulder, so i had to play bass last night, which i loathe. that fucking instrument actually makes me angry. oh well, hopefully he'll be okay to play soon so i can go back to guitar.

-today, i'll make some pork chops on the grill (what my roommate calls "chork pops"), maybe i'll make some cous-cous and some asparagus with it. we'll see.

-anyway, it's time to watch the yankees and drink some beers.


p.s. - go say hi to my boy smoothtat2 who just signed up. you SGNYers will remember him as the drunk guy that was with me at the party on the 4th.
