-sunday morning

-i went to see school of rock yesterday. fucking AMAZING!!! jack black is certainly near god-like status.

-so get this. i went to the dentist on thursday. i had to have cavities filled on both sides of my mouth, so naturally my whole face was numb. after he was done i still had about an hour and a half before classes started, so i called up a friend to meet me at this pizza joint near my school. we ate and had a few beers, but i couldn't taste anything because i was completely numb, ya know? later on i was sitting in class and the feeling started coming back...there was some sort of pain in my bottom lip and i tasted copper. i went to the bathroom to check it out...I CHEWED A DIME-SIZED HOLE IN MY BOTTOM LIP!!! there was blood all caked around my teeth...it was nasty. there's a big scab now, i hope it heals normally. lesson learned = wait for the novocaine to wear off before eating.

-let's go yankees. 1 more win and it's on to the championship series to play the A's (as long as the red sox lose, like they usually do about this time.)
