Formed-
A habit I have formed is collecting pigs. I honestly have no idea where this started but it was around about 7 or 8 years ago. I couldnt walk past something to do with pigs without looking at it, picking it up or buying it.
This habit has also brang on another habit of not eating anything to do with pigs. The taste/smell actually makes me feel sick.
Broken-
Going to the gym early in the mornings for around about an hour a day every single day. I became so self obsessed with how I look, how much I weighed and putting myself down if I wasnt happy.
I'm glad I broke this habit đź’•
