went on a double date yesterday to the orange county fair. thom and i went with my best girlfriend kimberly and her thomas. it was a good time, but the fair rides have gone up a bunch since last year. but there was plenty to see just by walking around. we went to see berlin, and the pyschedelic furs. berlin was great. a lot of energy. psychedelic furs however, they were like an echo of who they used to be. it was sad. we left before they ended, caught a ride on the ferris wheel, and headed home. and now i'm miserably sick this morning. sore throat, and stuffy nose. the only thing worse about getting sick in the summer, is getting sick in the summer when you're working two jobs and calling in sick is not really an option.
