Thom started school for EMT training last night. Also, he officially started his new position as supervisor at Borders. And, it finally looks like he sold his El Camino. I'm so proud. Now if only he'd start working out like he promised, everything would be gravy.

yesterday was my last day at the preschool. It was a good two weeks, but it was nice to sleep late this morning.

Haha, you know, I think you were the one that gave me the reading material, my salt soak stuff, and told us we'd probably need to put more money in the meter when I was at Prix in January for my nape (you were wearing a red shirt and some overalls). I love it but it's just BARELY crooked. BARELY. I'm afraid to show it off cause some people can't tell but then there's people like my Mom, who when they see it, say in the first 30 seconds, 'You know that thing's crooked right?' Blah. It bothers me so much I was thinking of taking it out and getting it redone.

Child Development was my first choice because I really wanted to be a Child-life specialist, in the hospitals, where they kind of counsel the kids with toys and dolls, like if they're going into surgery, they educate them with play so the children know what's going to be happening, or they'll wheel them into the OR in a red wagon instead of a hospital bed, they also have the job of letting a child know about deaths, like if everyone was in a car accident and the kid was the only one to survive, things like that. It's a relatively new field and we don't have ANY Child Development, Child Psychology, nothing like that out here to major in. mad

So I dunno. I'm thinking. blackeyed

working at the preschool at 7am again. going from there to bubba's, for a shower, then heading to prix to do my regular job. so, there hasn't been much hanging out on the internet time. i'm not complaining, the extra money is going toward some dental work. it's better than coming out of my regular budget. besides, some of those kids are cool as hell....

I like that Thom, my fiance, gets along with my family. I really do. I just find it to be a little stinky that while I'm working the day away, he's hanging with the folks and granny, playing cards and eating barbeque!
