Haven't updated my journal in what feels like forever.
Things have been miserable and stressful lately....I'm having problems in nearly every aspect of my life: financial, romantic, friendships, medical, dental, my job...you name it, and it's probably biting my ass as we speak. Hard too.
Because of all this built-up crap and stress, it was really great to blow off some steam at the Pimps & Hoe's party on Saturday, put on by the fine hosts Rae and Midian.
I could ramble on about the evening if I had the time, but a picture is worth a 1000 words, so here's a glimpse of the into the underworld of lurking streetwalkers that was Pimps N' Hoes...

In any case, it was a blast. In addition to the above, there were many familiar faces there, KHAAAAAAAAAAAAAN, MonsieurToxicBoy, Aries, Fu, Bridget, Xanaxboy, TRIHAWK5417, Newmatic, JeffreyLebowski, Reprobate, and a bunch of others. As the night went on, the party got crashed by a few unfamiliar faces as well, but we in SGLA are the warm & fuzzy type and welcomed them with open arms...right guys? Right? Where'd you guys go? Guys?????

Ah well...back to the daily grind. I don't know how I would've managed to Float On if it weren't for Modest Mouse - enjoy. Maybe they can help all of you get through your tough times as well.

i feel you, I'm also on the "life is fully kicking my ass" program, right now. muthertruckin' A. can i get a break over here?! i wish you the best dude, in all that trouble, i hope you come out on top. what doesn't kill you, definitely makes you stronger. but i'd just like to skip the whole "doesn't kill me" part and go straight to the "stronger" part. yaknamean?
