Have you given any thoughts to Atkins? It's pretty easy. I have a friend who lost over 50 lbs in about 8 months. It's basically no refined sugar or flour. So no bread or pasta or anything like that. The induction part of the plan is pretty hard but you only have to do that for 2 weeks and then you start to add the 'good' carbs back in the diet, like veggies and nuts. I think I'm going to have a turkey burger for dinner and I think I'm going to start cooking it right now!! Ciao Bello!

Diets really suck. I created my own diet of graham crackers for breakfast and pretzels any time throughout the day when the hunger pains get bad. This is easy when you have no money. Not very healthy though.
Been pretty depressed lately. Sorry I didn't get to draw your picture yet. The people at work are making me crazy asking me to draw this and that for them ( none of which ar paying me ) I don't know how to say no to them. It's very frustrating because I need to work on my portfolio and I never seem to have time. Happy St. Patty's day

When I'm cold I like to put on three pairs of socks, wrap up in a couple blankets, and drink hard liquor. I especially like electric blankets. I'm always cold, I wish I could invite a giant heating rock for myself.

Oil wrestling reminds me of that scene in "Old School". That movie was hilarious. My favorite scene was when Will Farrell was doing the ribbon dance. I laughed so hard I cried and fell out of my seat.
