hmm.. sitting here listening to platinum blonde ( shut up i like them)
drinking some delicious v8 the seasoned stuff.. its damn good.
ive started a new "diet" im only eating at meals and not after 8 oclock cutting out fried foods and mayo.. im not depriving myself really i won't miss them. the only reason i eat them is because they're right there at work
being a cook and all. I guess i figured i could lose a few pounds when people (manly other guys} would grab my man boobs... i have a hard time with self confidence as it is, sigh but oh well no sense sitin around and sulking.. about time i did something about it..

again don't judge me for liking platinum blonde*l*

Have you given any thoughts to Atkins? It's pretty easy. I have a friend who lost over 50 lbs in about 8 months. It's basically no refined sugar or flour. So no bread or pasta or anything like that. The induction part of the plan is pretty hard but you only have to do that for 2 weeks and then you start to add the 'good' carbs back in the diet, like veggies and nuts. I think I'm going to have a turkey burger for dinner and I think I'm going to start cooking it right now!! Ciao Bello! smile

Diets really suck. I created my own diet of graham crackers for breakfast and pretzels any time throughout the day when the hunger pains get bad. This is easy when you have no money. Not very healthy though.
Been pretty depressed lately. Sorry I didn't get to draw your picture yet. The people at work are making me crazy asking me to draw this and that for them ( none of which ar paying me frown ) I don't know how to say no to them. It's very frustrating because I need to work on my portfolio and I never seem to have time. Happy St. Patty's day wink
