I've always been kind of wary of people claiming to teach "oriental" cooking. Throwing Teriyaki sauce into a saute pan is NOT ointal cooking, I don't give a fuck how many people do it. The disgusting overuse of teriyaki or soy sauce is one of my greatest culinary pet peeves.
