First off, good weekend everyone. I hope you're having a good time and hopefully you're not too drunk. Nor sober for that matter.
What is this blog going to be about? Why the progress I got done to my leg on thursday. Like I've mentioned earlier there is still LOTS to do, but now we got the entire background above the knee shaded. My artist went for a new technique to do clouds/smoke and I really dig it. It has a asian vibe, but not really asian if that makes any sense.
Here is a composite of how the leg looks so far:
So as you can see it got lots more to do, but you're getting a basic idea of how it'll look. It will be in color in case you were wondering.
I also got a piercing done on friday. It was kind of out of the blue, but I really felt like having some metal in my face again haha! You see I once had labret in my lower lip on the left side and I also had a septum. I think I have a photo somewhere around here, let me check... *shuffles through files*
Aha! Here we are... Oh what a beauty I was here... I'm thankful that phase is over.
I later removed the ring due to it not healing properly and getting a slight infection. And then I was left with only my septum which I kept til... last year I believe, when I had enough of that as well.
But now! Now I got a new one and I'm fairly pleased with it as well. Despite the fact that my lip has swollen to twice it's original size :/
Once it's healed I'm going to replace the labret with a circular barbell so it will look like I have a vertical labret. So yeah, I'm cheating. Sue me :P Anyways, photos!
