So on Friday at midnight my friend Andres from Orlando randomly calls me up and says that he is dreiving up to Gainesville to visit. He got here at 2am and then we drank lots of Blue Moon and Red Stripe and watched House of 1000 corpses.
Then on Saturday afternoon we watched Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Even though I was really stoned while watching it I was still really disappointed. The new Oompa Loompa songs were horrible. The Tunnel Boat Ride scene was ten times more trippy than any of the CGI effects in the new one. The whole father childhood flashback subplot was lame. And as much as I like Johnny Depp he paled in comparison to Gene Wilder.
After that we smoked out again and went to the arcade and played the old Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game. I remembered so much of that game even though I haven't played it in years haha.
At night we went to Andre's brother place for a get together with some other friends. I drank Absinthe for the first time. That stuff burns your throat haha
. I think we were sober for about 2 hours out of the 14 hours we were awake yesterday hehe.

I remember the Ninja turtles game! It seems so primitive now. Johnny depp looked like michael jackson which was the scariest part of the movie.
