I'm one sore mo fo this morning. I guess all the jogging and working out did this to me. Cool........

I did notice something on my Monday morning jog.. a couple of times I seriously felt like , but I didn't, I hung in there and just kept jogging up that stupid hill.. ( Screw you Hill!!! )
