as for me..I am still sore as hell..now my knee has decided to act up too..suxs getting older. Next week I think I am going to attempt to surf again. I am going to the Jersey shore for the weekend..the waves are lame but it's fine..since i usually just end up falling and getting smacked in the head with the board.
