I finally got on the road around 3am...

I just couldn't deal with sitting there waiting for my doom...

Scared to get on the road and run out of gas somewhere and scared not to try to get out.

It took an hour and a quarter tank of gas to make it two exits northbound...

Seven and a half hours later me and my two kitties finally arrived safely in Austin.

I left most of my things behind...even things I could have fit in the minivan...I dunno...in the end, none of that shit seemed important.

I'm VERY glad to have gotten out. Even if it turns out to be nothing...I couldn't deal with the fear.

Right now I'm relaxing with my girl BlueValentine, our collection of pets, and a cold yoohoo tallboy...

I've been awake for approximately 34 hours or so...I've taken a benedryl...I need a nap...
