July 2nd...last year...I wrote an entry into my SG journal while I was sitting with my boss in my office...

It was my very last day at work and she was signing off on all my paperwork so I could hand in my keys...

It was the last entry until I got here to Texas.

I was standing on the brink of what might be the biggest and most frightening adventure of my life.

I was sooo terribly sad to be leaving you all behind and so full of excitement for what I might find out here.

We had all just finished doing this on a rooftop in Brooklyn...That's me and Throatneedle getting tanked together down in the corner...

One of my last memories of NYC...


You all were so fantastic...and have continued to be...
I've missed you soooo much!!!

It's been a year...so much has happened...so much has changed...

I'm coming in to the homestretch of this adventure and I've learned an enormous amount about myself...things I'll share in the next couple weeks...as I meditate on the planet of Saturn leaving my sign and my moving on into a new life.
