Did you know that if you put a hard boiled egg yolk in the microwave for 30 seconds it'll explode? No? Well, now you do! And knowing is half the battle, right?!
In other news...I have clothes on. No really! Like REAL clothes! "People" clothes, if you will. Well, that's what I call them anyway...not pajamas, but clothes I'm willing to be around people in.
Why is today different from every other day?
Because I was informed last night, by the driver of the transporter, that my beloved, magicall flat black minivan, aka Black Betty, is scheduled to show up today!!!
Sure, you're probably thinking that I've got clothes on so that I can go out and retrieve her, and not land myself on the corner in my jammies. And you'd be partially right. The other truth is, however, I don't really care that much about stnading on the corner in my jammies... Truth is, I care about making a good impression after two years of not seeing her! Yes, the van. Get over it.
More amazingly than the fact that I talk about my minivan as though she is a sentient being? My son...stands on his own! Oh yes, ladies and gentlemen, it's a whole new world around here these days! Especially because, as any over achiever would, he's already taking steps... Not WALKING mind you, not really anyway...but taking steps. Yup...stands on Sunday, walks by Monday. That's my boy!
And for those of you who missed the pictoral evidence yesterday? Here it is again!

And I had no idea that dragonflies meant change. I'm really glad that we chose them then. I guess everything really does mean something. hmmmmm.
