i quit, i decided last nite to quit. reasons:
1) they would always yell at ME for not knowing how many children i had, thing was i knew how many i had and my co worker didnt, and so we'd fight about it and i was right, but they didnt know i was right and just saw me a)not knowing and b)fighting about it.
2)since not knowin my numbers was an issue, we had a fire drill and they took one of our kids and got mad when we didnt notice. I WAS IN THE OFFICE i wasnt near the kids so i didnt know the number, again still got mad, whatever we shoulda known
3)ive had an eye infection, i took one day off work to go to an app, when i did it, i also enrolled for school. they were mad because i didnt come in after my app. i couldnt have the whole day off, so than couldnt take time off work to go to a check up docs app.
4)i had pink eye and they wouldnt let me have the day off. i work in a daycare, it spreads fast, thats gross
5)my boss was swearing like a trooper at me, get over yourself, no right to do that
6)they always accused me of Dumb things (ie when it was rainin i was gonna let the kids watch a movie, my co-w asked and the boss lady said yes, than the director said no to me later, so i left it in our room. She accused me of playing them against eachother and movin the tv slowly. Like this ment i could SECRETLY turn it on w/o her noticing, idiot)
7)a girl left a lil girl locked in the company van for 15 minutes. They didnt fire her over it! they should have thats horrible. THAN they lied to the parents and 'down played it'
if i were a parent id like to know if my child was in there for 15 minutes, theyre gonna say 2 minutes. Like REALLY
anyway i know alot of this you might not get its all jibrish but it was a fuckin Horrible Daycare
