whatever the problem is, it will pass and you'll find your smile again
You should fill your day evenly so do something to contribute to your job chances, something for pleasure as a reward for that, then something for health etc etc. I dunno but you need to maintain the self-discipline and keep structure - it's not nice, it ain't fun but it pays back well in the years to come.

It's never too late to do further ed. just think about what might stand you in good stead in the future e.g. ICT skills, personal skills etc what would make you more employable than the next person etc.

we don't think you are , you are your best asset, so things ain't going well but yougot your health etc. and you is young. I'm 44 and feeling decrepit I've got to face an op on Monday which is not my fave thing and I won't be able to be active on a whim for weeks. You're walking and talking and able to kick ass!!
