So the inevitable has finally happened in London.
I figured it was just a matter of time, and with the g8 occuring on this island at the moment it was a 'good' time to strike.
I was looking at a flat this morning, and so didn't make my way into London for work as I would have normally.
Thankfully everyone I know and care about is ok.
It comes as a really bitter pill having come home with happy commuters last night after it was announced we'd won the 2012 Olympics.
I'm still in a bit of shock as is everyone around here. It;s been a day to hpone/email people and let them know you care, and a day to remind you that life is both short and precious.
I hate extremists.
