hypnotherapy was fun. my therapist was a middle aged irish hobit...who despite having the required mellow voice also had a hacking fough which didn't help things.

we did some regression work to back to when my panic attacks started and also some work on the future without them.

I had to wear a pair of Strobing Glasses (alpha waves n' shit) that even Stevie Wonder wouldnt have been seen dead in circa 1983.

next week we'll do some full on deep hypnoisis to routhe the fucker out once and for all, but I'm definately pleased with the initial results.
