I did it. I finally got pissed off enough with all things PC/Windows/Bill Gates realted and splashed out 750 on a spanking new Mac Mini.

It's taken me into my overdraught and I actually feel a little sick, but it had to be done.

in but a few weeks I'll have a credible way of recording my songs again.

hypnotherapy was fun. my therapist was a middle aged irish hobit...who despite having the required mellow voice also had a hacking fough which didn't help things.

we did some regression work to back to when my panic attacks started and also some work on the future without them.
