I tried out something weird today in a recording session, I sort of (not completely) rapped/quick-talked a passage to a song. Very fucking weird but kind of fun. Rumor has it that Philly is vastly underprepared for this event. Traffic will be stopped, cops in riot gear swarming over every block, and of course 300 portapotties for 1 million people. (that was the estimate I read.)
If I could have what I want and go where I want, I'd be in Germany. The Berlin version has a pretty neato lineup.
But my niece just turned 1 and the PARTY is today. Good times!
