I went to the doctors yesterday with a suspected hernia.

I don't, however I did have my testicles felt up by a young male doctor.

It's the closest I've come to a sexual experience in ages!

Think I might pop back next week with suspected gonorrea.
jem:
mmm...gonorrea.
it makes the ladies wild this time of year.
erica:
Quit your whining.

This day in 1997 I visited the World Trade Center. It's strange to think that I stood at the top of something that now only exists in memory.

Labor Day makes it a pretty easy date to remember. Downtown was like a ghost town.

It was my first trip to the States. My brother and I were visiting New York, San Francisco and Vegas and...

You say 'caught' your accent as if that is some sort of feat. You forget that 'Sarf' London drips from your tongue. tongue

That was a beautiful entry. It's funny how grief unifies. I remember being shell shocked after 9-11, not really being able to grasp it or understand it at first. The first time that I really reacted was when I watched the changing of the guards on the 12th and they played the Star Spangled Banner.

Somehow, that made me see that in one day the world was a changed place.

Feeling shoddy?

They stole a bag full of my friend's clothes, and she was freezing cold and had nothing dry to change into (she's been at the front for Green Day and had water thrown all over her). It also had her breast pump in there so she couldn't deflate her boobies.
They stole a bag of mine that had some of my camping equpment in it, including my stove. It also contained my weed, which I wa mightily pissed off about losing.
