oh boy, I understand completly. I got that way once after a night of heavy tequila drinking . but I couldn't go for a walk, I had to stay at work and stick it out. . I was lucky anough to have nice friends who came when i called and hung out with me untill i felt better .

I am rather busy at the moment and have to many things I want to do or have to do. So am not thinking straight, my head is full of usless information and its driving me batty. Yesterday in a cafe i was trying to put sugar in my coffee, but i was of in la la land and instead i was pouring it directly into the bin. To top it of there was a guy standing next to me watch this and giggling. I laughed it of with him explaining that " No I'm not crazy, just a little pre occupied " heheheh ehehe. I felt sooo silly.
