So after working as a lab technician for a year doing nothing but fat analysis my first class back at university for my masters is going to be on the science of fat and my first assignment is 3000 word essay on how the flavor of three different foods is affected by their fat content. How ironic is that?

In 4 days I have to go back to my boring job boo, but in 2 months I finally get to start my post graduate study Yay. I just really hope that in the end it is worth staying in New Zealand another year for.

I love the ocean and I love swimming but the sun really hates me. I always try to cover myself with as much sun block as possible but I always miss spots and right now I am really feeling the burn.
