I have a job interview for a position in one of the largest analytical testing companies in the world tomorrow. I don't know how it will go but they gave me less then a days notice to get ready and I don't know if I will have to do any tests. There are a lot of people working there that worked at the last lab I worked for though since they poached a lot of staff when they started up in my country last year including my last supervisor so I am hoping he will recommend they hire me if they ask. The pay isn't exactly what I would like but I am also hoping that if I do get there will be less stress since all the senior staff are from Europe I wont be stuck in a low position because of the manager hiring family members above everyone else again and if I'm really lucky once I prove myself I can transfer to a bigger lab in Europe.
