What do you do when a member of your team goes to your supervisor and tells him everyone feels they have to much work and your supervisor asks you why you haven't brought it up. I found it impossible to support the lazy jerk since I'm struggling to fill my hours most days. Of course I cant actually tell my supervisor that I consider the person an incompetent lazy childish idiot because almost every one in my lab is part of a tight knit Fijian Indian community and most of them are family. If I complain I'm obviously the one in the wrong since I'm not one of them. I think I have pretty much decide to tell them where to stick my job when they offer me a new contract in 6 months.

Enough ranting in good news it's only 6 weeks till I start my post grad study and I can get back to doing real science. I can barely wait, I miss learning new stuff so much, hell I even miss teaching first year chemistry.
