I think I will be getting glasses again soon. I haven't needed them since I was 15 but reading numbers all day in small print is starting to become difficult so next Monday its off to the optometrist I go. Hopefully I don't end up with something that makes me look as bad as the ones I had as a kid but then again I'm no longer short with braces and a face covered with pimples so I should be ok.

I've been thinking about overall health lately and how in 8 months I have gone from being incredibly fit to someone who is always tired. I have two problems to solve one how to get exercise and two how to eat properly. The first I've partly fixed by changing my work schedule so I can exercise in the morning. The second I cant figure out since although I loveto cook and really really really miss having vegetables with most of my meals, after working 9 to 10 hours a day I barely have the energy to eat let alone make something myself. So if anyone has any advice on how to make some nice vegetarian or any thing with vegetable meals that don't take a lot of time please please let me know. and please include time to clean up since that is an important part of cooking.

One pot wonders are the way to go for quick cooking! You hardly need to cook veggies anyhow, they are rubbish if they loose their crispness.

Just for the record, glasses are way sexy. post a pic when you get your new ones.

Oddly enough about the conditioning, I think I would rather do the conditioning than some of the physical exercises we do..like knuckle clap push-ups <3
