The dairy season has started again and I'm back to spending 10 to 12 hours in the lab a day. Management has gone crazy too they have decided that in order to keep our customers they promise results on all samples within 3 days. This is close to impossible since we get so many samples in that we don't usually start on them till they are 2 to 3 days old. But I guess that just goes with the lie of my companies name which has the word quality in it but really all the bosses care about is quantity. On the plus side this means more money for my trip to Australia.
