Well I just checked my medical records and I don't have celiacs disease like I thought I did since I was tested for it as a child. However I am gluten intolerant since I couldn't even finish eating a delicious lamb pizza last night before my intestines started hurting. There are several types of gluten and starch intolerance that run in my family though so now I just need to find out which one I have. I hope I can hold out till next year when I go back to uni to study for my masters part time since I get free medical care when I am a student and wont have to pay $300 to see a specialist.
