I spent this morning watching a 16 year old grade for his black belt, I seriously think you have to be insane to want to do that. 2 hours of going over techniques followed by an hour of non stop sparring with only 2 really short breaks to drink some water and some of the black belts can be pretty mean at sparring.

Then I have spent the afternoon packing up my part of that apartment so I don't have to pay my flatmate rent for the 2 months I am away visiting family. I still don't have a confirmed place to live when I get back but I am hoping it will be sorted soon.
