There was a small 4.6 earthquake in the North Island of New Zealand yesterday and alot of people blew it off. Then this morning a large 7.1 quake hit our third largest city in the south island. There have been no deaths but there is extreme property damage and many people are without water and power. I am now extremely glad to live in a city where earthquakes are almost impossible.
