It probably says something about that I'm spending all my free time just going back to work because being at home is too depressing. (well more depressing than work anyway)

I spend more time at my workplace than at home, and that's even including the time i use to sleep at home. It's just something that feels more comfy to you, maybe because you know it better than being at home?
