Ever since the majority of my company either decided to deny offers from the people who acquired us, or were fired laid off with a separation date in the future, pretty much everyone has been acting like we don't care. Literally even the people who ARE staying have basically given up. I'm trying to be a professional about my job but it's getting ridiculous. It's to the point that our head of sales came over and we had a meeting saying that we "aren't passionate enough" anymore, which is laughable since all the motivation is totally gone and the likely destruction of the brand that all of us have worked to build is nearing on the horizon.
Oh and my boss, who constantly complains that she has so much work but is always away from work for one reason or another, is gone for the next two weeks, so guess who is going in wearing a t-shirt like the rest of company is allowed to do- this guy is.
