OK... So in order to combat the pounds that one picks up this time of yearI decided to try the South Beach Diet during the period between Turkey Day and Xmas.... Problem is I LOVE to drink. The first two weeks of this stupid regimen require that you not drink one drop of booze. I am about six days in to this and going nuts......
