Boy, just when you thought circumstances can't get any more unhappy.

Germaine is Rebecca's best friend. Two of Germaine's friends came into town Tuesday evening and Rebecca offered them crash space, and, unexpectedly, they brought a dog. I'm not certain who opened the door, but someone let the dog into the room where they'd moved Arya, this quite wonderful rabbit Rebecca's had for years, and the dog killed her. So she and the girls are completely devastated right now.

She spends more than enough time being depressed and convinced that the world hates her. This doesn't help. Happy freaking Thanksgiving, yeah?
