I went to this little Vegan restaurant today. Ive known about it for quite some time, but Ive never taken the time to go in there and try it out. Well all of that changed this evening.
The food was actually pretty tasty. I enjoyed everything. The best part of the trip though wasnt the food. I found out that this particular eatery might be hiring. Even if its only part time, I would love a chance to work in a vegan environment. And since I havent been particularly happy with my current cooking job, I am definitely going to put an application in.
My roommate, his girlfriend and I all went to see Land of the Dead tonight too. Zombie Horror Movies = Warm Fuzzy Feeling Inside. I loved it!
Im going to go write a cover letter now. Then time for sleep early enough so that I actually go to training tomorrow morning.

I'm a cook, there's really not much of a ranking there, you're either a dishwasher, prep cook, or cook. Sometimes I end up as all of them!
