I'm getting the hell out of L.A. for the weekend and going up to SF to hang out with some friends. Rough times, rough times.

I think I just need a slight perspective shift to get back on track. I'm going with my friend Alexia to see a friend's band play in Berkeley, and I really just want a crepe and some cooler weather, maybe a bookstore or two. I wish I could go to Portland. Its so good there. But alas, Alexia must be back by Tuesday. Next time. I'll give Charlie an oil change and then I'm going to Portland and never coming back.
