I always said that as soon as I get those degrees that I'd haul my ass out of the old Hell-A.. but now I'm starting to have second thoughts. Everybody I know is here, and so are my most promising job opportunities. Do I really want to be all alone and have to start over again? I just now figured out where all the good places to eat, drink, dance, listen, fuck and watch the sun are.

Well. It's the way I've always been. Ah, but it's so tempting to go to grad school for free. Free things are great, especially free things that normally cost thousands of dollars, like a friggin education!

I've been studying neuromuscular physiology since thursday. I'm starting to forget what my friends look like.

I finally read Ender's Game after intending to for several years. I ate it up in a day like a bag of Tastythings. Very pertinent to our current sociopolitical situation, as good books tend to be.
