The lady and I broke up tonight.
My first real go again at a solid relationship - but I'm glad that she is happier now.
She helped bring me out of a dreadful loveless life by ultimately - helping me reinstate the feeling of love in my life.
I'm not bitter - the relationship was rather short - 3 months - still a big step for a guy that hadn't had really anyone that I cared about the same way for 4 years.
but it does hurt - ever so slightly. She helped change my perception.
Now I need to maintain - and stay whole - and keep pushing my goals - and remember that I am loved - and agree honestly that this is for the best.
I will miss the way she looks at me though.
