Quite an amazing project, this SG thing... I wonder why they went to two per day. Seems that it dilutes the product, whatever the level of talent.

I have some difficult issues about the materiality of a prospectus in a securities fraud case. A little complex. Perhaps I should close a door and do some real thinking.
