honestly I think that the gov should not be in the business of "marriage" and should give only "civil union" licenses. This keeps marriage for the religious people. Separating state and religion. But that isn't really what this is about. This is about equality. I'm so happy that I live in a state where people can make a commitment to whom ever they choose.
