Weird question, but are there any other fellow chronic migraine sufferers that could possibly help me?
I've had them for years, gone through MRIs, 3-4 medications, about a million pain relievers, like most people with migraines, and still they knock me on my ass for about 3 days at a time.
So my question, does anybody have any natural remedies or tricks to help ease the pain or get rid of them, or at least make them bearable?
I'll be eternally grateful for any help.

I used to get horrific migraines but they abruptly stopped when I had to my tonsils and adenoids removed.

Nothing ever worked for me either and they knocked me on my ass also. What helped, was finding the trigger. I finally figured out what caused them, bc they do actually have triggers, and I was finally then able to get them under control.Â
