its a gloomy day in smirk's part of the world... the sky is grey and its muggy outside like there's a bag of water just waiting to open up and dump all over us.
interestingly enough my body is not sore today... i guess i'm in better shape than i thought... a month off didn't do much damage i guess.
i'm gonna hit the gym today again... now that i'm back in the swing of things all will be well... i just need to start curbing the candy intake and then i might lose that little bit of pudge that surrounds my middle no matter what i do. haha...
yeah... like that will happen. i LOVE LOVE LOVE candy!
the husband, child #2, and i took clever to dinner last night for her birthday... that was nice. i seriously love that girl! she's my favorite!
i'm out... gotta go work my body into a flab free rock hard lovin' machine!
