i've got to go to the gym today... i feel like a slug who's just getting fatter and fatter and slower and slower each day that passes that i don't make it to the gym. i've only gone maybe twice since i left for (and returned from) vegas... that's almost a whole month!
i'm turning into a fucking slug i tell ya! gross!
it is time to get my ass back on track and move move move...
wish me luck... i'm going to attempt to walk away from this entry and get my work out gear on. then i'm going to attempt to rouse my husband and try to get out the door before 10am... that gives me about a 1/2 hour....

update: i made it to the gym... i worked upper and lower body on weights... i walked 20 minutes at 4.3 mph and ran 10 minutes at 6.0 mph... i'm going to be cryin' tomorrow...
