what do you do when you wake up one morning and realize you've beene ating for the sake of eating, stopped exercising, and have been gaining weight? I'm still at about 125lbs, but I'm all flabby, my abs are gone (just flab is there), my size 3s don't fit too well anymore, and I can't suck in at all anymore....I feel unattractive and unhealthy... 
back in West Lafayette. 6:30 and I have a speech and a script waiting for me. I'll probably be up late. Oh well.
