I'm ready for fall. Enough of this silly summer. I loathe summer. it is too hot and sticky. It is boring. There is no stimulation of the mind. I am simply going through the motions during the summer. The best part of the year is around Halloween. I love seeing all the ads for Haunted Houses. I love all the candy commericials. I love watching Hocus Pocus and the History of Halloween. I love looking at old Halloween pictures of my brother and I. I went as a Panda two years in a row. I have no idea why. I love orange and yellow and red leaves. I love the sun and the crips air. I love boots and sweaters. Fuck, I even love trick-or-treaters.





I love that time of year. Summer depresses me. It always has.

I want to sit on my parents front porch and give out candy. I want to go into cheesy haunted houses (the big ones scare me because I'm a nerd.), watch funny little Halloween movies, read lame-oid young adult novels about ghosts. Shit dude, I'm going to break out the R.L. Stein! Oh, October, please get here. Once Oct. 1st hits it better be 55 degrees and sunny at all times. I really hate the heat.
